Essential readings on international politics 6

Up to now, the essential readings series has been presenting mainly realist or classical books on international politics. But "what about the liberal view of the world?"... you might say. So, as a proper realist, I decided to bring some balance by posting a list of the major works whithin the liberal branch of international relations.
